Job Introduction

We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and emerging technologies. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to shape thoughtful, scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into meaningful design solutions.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and journey maps using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights, analytics, or research tools to enhance user understanding and inform design iterations.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and follow inclusive design best practices.
  • Work in an Agile environment, supporting rapid iteration and close collaboration with development teams.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and emerging technologies to elevate design quality continuously.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking (research → ideation → execution).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive/adaptive layouts.
  • Experience conducting or supporting user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design or research (e.g., AI-assisted user research, analytics, prototyping, or content generation).
  • Basic understanding of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with developers in Agile/Scrum environments.
